1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the NCore website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

NCore provides web development, UI/UX design, mobile app development, FiveM development, and digital consulting services. We offer:

• Custom website development
• User interface and user experience design
• Mobile application development
• FiveM server development and scripting
• Digital consulting and project management
• Technical support and maintenance

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account information
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Project Terms and Conditions

4.1 Project Initiation

All projects begin after receipt of the agreed-upon deposit and signed project agreement. Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity and client feedback cycles.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• 50% deposit required to begin work
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Additional revisions may incur additional charges
• Late payments may result in project suspension

4.3 Project Deliverables

We will deliver the agreed-upon project deliverables as outlined in the project agreement. Final deliverables are provided upon full payment.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Client Ownership

Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables created specifically for their project. This includes custom code, designs, and content created exclusively for the client.

5.2 NCore Rights

NCore retains the right to:

• Display completed work in our portfolio
• Use project work for marketing purposes
• Retain ownership of proprietary frameworks and tools
• Reuse general code libraries and components

6. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business information and project details. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

NCore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to our services.

8. Warranty and Support

8.1 Warranty

We provide a 30-day warranty period for all deliverables. During this period, we will fix any bugs or issues that arise from our development work at no additional cost.

8.2 Support

Post-launch support is available for an additional fee. Support includes bug fixes, minor updates, and technical assistance.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination:

• Client is responsible for payment of work completed
• NCore will deliver all completed work
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect

10. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or government actions.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration as appropriate.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
